In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day this week, we’ve designed a shamrock shake you won’t be able to get enough of. Not only is it vegan, it’s made from natural ingredients (no food colouring or artificial flavouring)!

Ingredients (Serves 2):
  • 1 Pint Frozen Coconut Classic Coconut ice cream
  • ¼ cup Cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint, tightly packed
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
Method:
Add almond milk, ice cream and mint to blender. Blend and/or puree if your settings allow. This may take a minute for the mint to break down. Add chocolate chips and blend again, just enough to break down the chips enough, do not blend until smooth (you want your chips a little chunky).

Pour, top with mint and nibs and ENJOY!
